The MTF voices aren't what we should focus on right now.

Right now they need to aim better. It's odd that they MENTION seeing me and just walk away. I don't even get shot once.

I'm sorry, these two sentences just doesn't correlate, but I know what you mean.

That's a difficult matter of the AI for all MTF. Unless you can code...

While it would be cool for the MTFs to have differing personalities, I think it would be cooler for them to stay emotionless and calculating. If an organization this secret really did have a private military, I would picture them to be just like that: cold and efficient soldiers who mean business.

What I DON'T picture them being are stormtroopers who don't know how to operate guns, so yes, I'm all for their AI being greatly improved. I also think they should all have varied voices.

I think a more fluid pathfinding system would add a nice touch, it's a bit too strict as to how NPCs travel towards way-points. No way in hell am I gonna write that though; NPCs.bb still gives me nightmares, and quite frankly I prefer a low-carb diet.

EDIT: Oh would you look at that, Vasquez is back. It's been a while.

"testroom" messes up the pathfinding as well, since the MTF can "see" the player on the other side, but they try to walk through the railing to reach him.

Another MTF idea:

Maybe at first, only one MTF will actively search for the player.
The more you run, the more chase you, until all nine of those dudes are chasing you.

It'd make stealth a bit more essential as getting caught and surviving means that they'll just get backup after you.

However, if you get away without getting caught, they don't notice you, don't call backup, and all is well.

The model and animations are finished for the prototype-2 model. I've implemented several new animations and behaviors for the MTF to help make them a bit more exciting next time you'll see them!

JUST A IDEA

The animations are great, but I think the MTF/Guard units could use new animations.

1) Reloading
I think this would be a good animation.
Also, have the MTF units only have a
certain amount of ammo.

2) Running
There already is a running animation for
them, but make the running animation some
what close to Call of duty's running animation

3) Opening Doors
This would make the game have some good physics,
unlike the MTF's randomly opening door's with there brains

4) New idol animation
Except for them standing still with there guns, make them maybe
put there guns lower and make there backs hunch a bit

5) Talking animation
When communicating on radio to command, make them
put there hand up to there helmet so it looks like there are
talking with the command

Now, this is only a suggestion and does not actually have to be a thing.
But it would be a good idea (I think)

It's "Idle", not "idol".

Relax, people start posting stuff quickly and can't always prioritise certain ideas.
