It would [REDACTED] spilling [REDACTED] 1009 casualities. When asked, SCP-372-X said: "Reverse the number." And did not speak again, even with explosions. All staff advised to learn internet memes before reversing the number.

It can also move in between the time it takes your eyes to process its surroundings :3 its [REDACTED] organs allow it sense people's brainwaves.
But a bunch of people looking at it at once would be impossible to sense.

Basically while SCP-372 is non aggressive, if it cannot remain unseen due to there being too many people blocking any good hiding areas it will start killing people until it can remain hidden.

Perhaps in a later version, there could be friendly guards scattered around the facility which the SCPs attack early on. It could start killing them outside of the player's field of view should too many gather around the player?

First-time poster, btw.

As good as an idea that is, I would have to say this might be in the wrong thread ^-^ perhaps general discussion would be better suites for this topic? Thank you for posting though :3 your opinion is well appreciated and welcome to the forum!!! :D

This is the mail I received from Sylocat (the creature's creator, lol) when I asked him for details about SCP 372 (for the model):

'I'm honored! I'v seen some gameplay videos and it's implemented very well.

372's overall biology is closer to reptilian than insectoid. Its body is serpentine and flexible, with eight pairs of limbs that I pictur as being somewhat like gecko limbs, to facilitate its climbing and clinging. The overall body shape is that of something like a cross between a gecko and salamander. Instead of an exoskeleton it just has those abnormally tight muscle fibers that allow it to move so fast. It's green, though that might be difficult to perceive with the lighting in the game.

As for its sensory organ. Instead of eyes and ears, it has a sensory organ that resembles a giant yellow eye, embedded sideways in the middle of its forehead… except the "eye" has no irises or pupils, it is simply a yellow orb above its mouth. This serves as its eyes and ears, but it also allows for electrolocation which it uses to track the pulse signals to anticipate movement of the human eye.

The one overall art-style tip I could give is this: I always pictured it, if one could ever actually get a good look at the thing, it would look rather mundane, or even somewhat silly. This doesn't matter, of course, since you can never get a look at the thing.'

You may find it useful. As I said in other topic, I will start working on a new model soon, hopefully better than actual one, :P .

Awww, there goes all my cool designs and headcanons I had for 372... 8\ OH WELL I'll maybe keep my design around as a personal weirdcritter.

Still really interesting to know what the creator had in mind for it though!! Though one thing that I still wonder; when they say "eight pairs of limbs", so they mean eight limbs total, or sixteen limbs total? That's still throwing me off, even today, since a "pair" can sometimes refer to a single item ((IE a pair of pants)). I know this was brought up long ago and a huge argument sparked from it, but I'm still interested to know the actual number.

Can I get your opinions on a concept for 372? Juicy already told me to change the head cuz it has to look goofy, but I need input on the rest of the body. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I'm uploading a pic with the redone head later so you guys can check it out. Hopefully after I learn to model I'll be able to make something simple but good looking.
