Uh... this kind of bug is not familiar to me in the latest version. If anything it's 173 dancing around in circles if you're one floor above it.
The one from the video seems quite old... although I have encountered something similar it wasn't out in the open but 173 unable to go up stairs and just do the Harlem Shake downstairs.

That was just released a few weeks ago buddy ;) Note that Regalis removed 173's ability to turn its head since then.

Hm. I must be losing track of time. Plus, I never completely noticed that he couldn't move his head anymore. I did feel like something about him was different.
Can we lock this or move it to off-topic, then?
