happened in a elevator of warhead/elevator of 049 and recently playing a loaded game on heavy containment hallway.

173 seems to love clipping through the floor/ceiling again. I don't mind him sneaking up on me, but just falling on my head or killing me from underneath is not really all that cool.

It is like 173 using noclip,surprises you and BAM! You are dead.
The infamous clipping error for 173 is still going on,he can just basically spawn everywhere and in rooms where he is not supposed to be there.
