dunno if its correctly a bug or intencionally added by regalis.

SCP 173 ITS SPAWNING IN : 914 ROOM, 895 ROOM, 049 ROOM AND MAINTEANCE TUNNELS!

I only noticed this with the maintenance tunnels.

Its not supposed to spawn in 914, but it IS supposed to spawn in maintinence tunnels, but only if you contained SCP 106, otherwise it shouldnt. 895 room is probably a bug, as is 049, and you probably haven't noticed this yet, but he can also spawn at SCP-106's containment chamber occasionally.

173 needs to stop spawning in the maintenance tunnels, seriously. It's like a cruel, twisted joke, 173 should not be in the most dark, closed up, maze-like area in the game. Maintenance tunnels should just be for 106.

I hate it when I'm in the maintenance tunnels running away from 106 and then suddenly 173 neck snaps me! >.<

I don't mind it.

I've seen 173 spawn in 914's containment chamber while playing version 0.6.6. Otherwise he's spawned normally for me.

He can spawn almost everywhere,it is just a clipping error for 173.

I wouldn't say so. I think he's suppose to do that to keep SCP players on edge.

But many players wants 173 to stop spawning in rooms where he is not supposed to be in.

I'm not that a part of that group of many players. I like it when he spontaneously spawns out of the blue, it gives me a challenge.
