Just did a full playthrough of 0.6.3 -- got the gate A ending on the map seed: CRUNCH
That was terrifying, I ran into 106 in a tunnel and he started chasing me, I had to run 8 rooms away past the MTF and then 173, I eventually lost them all in the giant gas chamber. Kept going, didn't find any dead bodies (but possibly a bugged dead body -- detailed below) found both new duckies (white one was terrifying when it started [REDACTED]). Eventually ran into gate A after about an hour from start.
I caught some bugs, but none gameplay-breaking:

173 was stuck in the open doorway for some reason, I then went up and closed the door (picture 1) and reopened it again, he still couldn't budge no matter how much I blinked. I walked away a few rooms and came back and he disappeared, but I found there was an invisible obstacle to the left (picture 2) I'm guessing an unrendered dead body? I managed to walk around it by hugging the right wall and continued.

Another bug I noted at gate A is that 106 does like 7 full 360 degree turns when starts walking after coming out of the ground, then get's set straight and dies (?) a heroic death.
