So, is SCP-173 a bit bugged at the moment, I have heard a few mention that he is coming from the ceiling at times, but I have also noticed that he seems to be spawning in the first hallway a lot now.

- - coming out of the server room, and going into to the 3-door corridor with the steam (where anomalous duck may spawn), it sounds like multiple 173's scurrying about, unless you look down, then it stops, just like if you were looking in 173's direction

- in 106's chamber, viewing the inside with the class-d personnel, sometimes there is another model clipping into it
i'll post more when i find them.
The first one means 173 clipped into the area under the catwalk.
I believe the second is caused by the game messing up the states of the doors upon loading saves.
The third one happened to me a few times.
And for the fourth one, I thought regalis fixed the class D clone, in one of my saves he also clipped into the nuke room elevator. He's also not lying down on the femur breaker.

I've only just noticed this now (no idea how long it has been like this) but the guard at the start of the opening sequence can be pushed around the map until his walking animation starts.

I think that's supposed to happen, if you walk against him he walks backwards and raises his gun like you're gonna beat the shit outta him.

Yeah, he totally looks like the D-Bag boss type. Kinda looks like one of my old principals actually..

You can see the scientist in game during the intro sequence.
He walks underneath the bridge the player crosses while being escorted to SCP-173's containment chamber.

A bug i found in gate A ending.
After the insurgency guys appear, the wall meant to close the tunnel behind you sometimes doesn't close properly, leaving a big hole with enough space that people can walk through.
