Double Class Ds in 106's chamber?

This probably explains itself, upon loading my save at 106's containment chamber, two Class Ds were inside eachother, giving it the appearance of two sets of arms and heads. Kind of confusing, isn't it? Also, I'm not sure if they're supposed to be standing up.

This is the glitch. Clearly, the one on top is a man, and the bottom one should be turned 180 degrees...

There are two class Ds inside each other within 106's chamber, I don't think that's hard to understand.
