Doors close glitch after 2nd time loading

Not only I have to open doors twice, ALL of the doors were reset and its now closed.
I finally found the computer that tells me to turn the remote control doors on, So I saved and quit, Came back later after on the hunt to find the power room, I have no idea where I am, I leave doors open to help me find my way around.
