For some reason if I open a save, I cant walk in certain areas. For example, I cant walk on all parts of the bridge, its like something is there blocking my path when in reality theres nothing there but bridge.

In another version it was the game that didn't recognise that 173 wasn't there anymore.
So i think you met a ghost 173.

Maybe, I do remember that sometimes 173 would disappear to somewhere else and the game still didn't recognize that he had moved somewhere else.
