If you go down to 0.2 section, there's a log stating "added the something". What does that mean? What is "the something"? Is it even a thing?

Something was added.
Not that it really matters since that was 0.2.

On the github there is a changelog https://github.com/Regalis11/Barotrauma ... 3317682b1c "- a new hostile creature"

Whoever was editing the page at that time wasn't going to check the files since the changelog just said "creature".
