I'm trying to host a server and the message appears as in this screenshot:

A port is an identificator of a server. Two servers or more won't use same port. Change the port of a second server or close previous server.

Port is always 14242 by default, not randomized. Perhaps somebody made a server using this port already.

That's not how it works. All you need to do is port forward your game. What you're thinking of is not if another server is using the port (every single barotrauma server uses that port), but rather if another application is using the port.

I suspect another aplication might be using that port, try using another one
