Nuclear Reactor not Properly Functioning on Custom ship.

Hello, just trying to get some troubleshooting help as to why this reactor I put on a custom ship of mine isn't working. The reactor is outwardly wired to a junction box, which in turn is wired to another two junction boxes and two batteries. Those two junction boxes are all wired to things that use electricity, as you would figured but still somehow when a fuel rod is inserted, the reactor fails to function.
If anybody could reply to this with some advice or assistance I would be greatly appreciative, thank you.

Mind putting up a sreenshot of your reactor with the wires on?

Try testing it without the shutdown wire connected to it. You might have a signal being constantly sent from somewhere that keeps the reactor shut off.

It actually previously wasn't working without the shutoff connected.
Can you see anything else that might be a problem?

Hmm... You sure the Junction Boxes are wired right? Everything is connected to the Power node and not on the signal nodes?

Weird, can you try to upload your sub file so I can test it and find out what's wrong?
