So one day i was playing barotrauma like normal and my friend said he was having trouble using handcuffs so I let him cuff me to see what he meant and even when I got cuffed for one on my screen I was not cuffed but i was on his and after he cuffed me I could till use doors and open my inv so i want to know are cuffs broke right now or something or is this just me?

Happens to me quite a few times too, could its quite weird to he honest. (Actually, I dont know why an didnt report this Big already). But anyway, it seems like an desync-like bug to me.

Yep, sounds like a desync bug.
Haven't seen it for myself, though.
