I want to spawn a captains ID card but I don't see any way to do so. I've tried just spawning a ID card normally but it just gives you a assistant's key card.

If you click on the ID Card in the editor, there should be some sort of Tag field or something. You just put whatever access you want for that card. For example, you have Engineering access on a button, and want a spare Engineering ID card. You'd put Engineering in the ID Card Tag field. If you want multiple access, you'd do Engineering,Security,Captain

Yes that is true, but not what my problem is, what i want to do is spawn it with the console.
