If you don't know how to right click and left click with a syringe filled with poison, you probably should stop playing video games...

The way to use a syringe is simple, all you have to do is hold right click and left click while your hand is in the air. To load a poison into the syringe you have to drag the poison onto the syringe in your inventory.
