New stuff for Security guards (suggestions and balancing)

These are my suggestions and balancings for Security Guards.
- First of all, a balancing change would be to make the Security men start in the barracks along with the Engineers, Mechanics and stuff, unarmed and unarmored, they need to take their equipment by going to the armory
- Have a Security gun, just a gun.
- Reduce the armor protection, it’s not that bulletproof is it?
Okay these next ones are not really for security but I thought they were okay to put here.
- Having boxers instead of cargo pants, and with this change, adding clothes items and headwear like baseball caps.
- Replace the Captain pistol (I saw the Twitter videos) with a revolver
- Melee weapons like screwdriver and
- Making the assistant role a second in command role, assists captain and is commander of security, then add another role to be what the old assistant job was supposed to be

I just found out that the Security guards can have guns in the Dev Version of Barotrauma, Don't ask me how I got it. I just did

What you've done is suggested things that come from BTE.

So? Some Stuff from BTE should be in Vanilla, It's dumb to have Cargo pants under Captain Pants
