It’s been established that there are those who oppose the coalition and from what we know they are the bad guys in this scenario, so what do bad guys who want to get a message across do? Terrorism. After a long drive from outpost to outpost you may find your self stuck outside as a terrorist attack is occurring you could simply wait it out in your sub and maybe do some needed repairs, or be the stupid hero who odds are gets killed but in the slim chance you survive and save people you will get a reward
