It's difficult having to switch between Temperature control and Output control on a Nuclear Reactor, since you can only control one at a time with the mouse.

I think the reactor should have temperature control also function with the bound Left and Right movement keys, similar to how the sonar can capture your movement keys for moving the directional pip. This would allow someone to operate the reactor while adjusting temperature and output at the same time. It makes some sense, since we do have two hands.

The current functionality could stay as a deliberate design choice, because this change will make it easier to man the reactor, which you might not want.

The fission should be A and D while turbine is left arrow and right arrow

I coded this and put it up as PR #1533. Added W and S for output too. You gotta put your mouse over the control bars to do it, or you can be dragging one of the two.
