Add effects of Barotrauma

https://www.health.harvard.edu/a_to_z/barotrauma-a-to-z READ FOR CAUSES OF BAROTRAUMA FOR TWEAKING
Effects: Low oxygen and internal damage, as well as (RARE) light bleeding
Treatments: Opiate and liquid oxygenite, items to cure bleeding.
Preventions: Wear some form of ear protection, or diving suit.
Cause: Pulmonary barotrauma occurs from holding your breath during ascent, which allows pressure to rise in your lungs. The increase in pressure results in rupture. Air also may penetrate into the tissue around your lungs. The classic cause of an air embolism is rapidly ascending to the surface because of panic. - Google
Spoiler
(Note on PBT: maybe make this into low oxygen or some form of other issue)
-------------------------------
EAR BAROTRAUMA (Not sure whether this should be added)
Effects: Slowly taking damage, extreme damage, tinnitus
Spoiler
(For tinnitus, play audio file that overpowers most others)
, hearing loss
Spoiler
(quieter sounds like footsteps etc are not hearable)
, the bend effect when drunk could also be used.
Treatments: Antibiotic glue, opiates, and some form of ear treatment (Decongestant, earplugs that assist in ear barotrauma resistance)

All of these apply for low depth barotrauma. In game, you're usually under 700 or more.

Albeit a player going partially deaf after a short exposure to extreme pressure sounds interesting.
Remember that there is lower gravity on Europa (about 13%G) Pressure at depth is ϱ * G * h, so pressure at depth is 13% of pressure at same depth on Earth, so it would make sense all of this would be low depth Barotrauma. I think game overexagerrates the pressure a lot though. 13% grav would also look much different when running etc.
