It's a publicly available mod. It's not piracy.
Also, you use assets from BTE and possibly BTEP in your own mod, so, where is your room to talk about 'not consent'?

it is pretty sketchy that you only have the download link in your discord server. y'know, forcing people to join to even download the mod, and if they leave and rejoin later to download an updated version of the mod, you ban them. kk nice scam m8
