Max speed is around ~ 36 km/h
So i kinda got inspired by this sub as well as by famous german machines from WW2.
I also tried to make a sub for BTE that wouldn't need any coolants and would rely only on water cooling.It kinda works but reactor starts slowly deteriorate, probably because water cools it too fast.But the system is still usefull to prevent overheating and to delay the explosion in case the reactor runs out of coolant.

Shuttle "SU minelayer".
Max speed ~ 46 km/h
So this is a shuttle, and it can lay mines.It also has a couple basic circuits that for its idiot-resistence(Like one that prevents launching a mine while the shuttle is docked or open certain doors that shouldn't be opened).Its battaries can be switched off to preserve energy.The main switch is conviniently placed inside the airlock.
