Also general update for this thread - new sub added, an alternate version the popular Team Deathmatch map by Jiren.

Just completed the new "sub" - Far-Side Station I was teasing a few weeks ago. Hopefully people enjoy - I will come back and make some updates once I've had a chance to play it with folks/received feedback which I always appreciate.

Pardon the rash of activity/updates but I just updated BTE Far-Side and BTE Capelin both with a few minor improvements.

I'm trying to install the three BTE subs, but the loading always fails. Something about the magic number in GZip header is not correct. I tried to keep it in the zip folder, and I tried to extract the sub file directly. I put them all in the BTE subs folder, and I can't seem to ever get it to properly load. I'm wondering if I'm getting this completely wrong, or there's something I'm missing. Please help if you can, thanks.

Hi YerBaby, might be your computer is reading the files as "zip"? To be usable they have to be in the .sub format which the files you are downloading are already in, so you shouldn't need to mess with it!

I suggest downloading again, right-click the new file and make sure the "read as" is the same as other working sub files you have. Besides that just being drop them into your "Submarine" folder and they should run.

The past few times I downloaded these, they were read as zip files, but this time they were sub files. I didn't do much different, but the tip certainly helped. Thanks Ol Stinky.
