[BTE 7.3] Judas V1.6

This is an updated version of the sub, compatible with BTE 7.3.

- Edited depth charge tube stats, Rico Gods demand the tube be fixed.

[BTE] Judas V1.7

There was an issue with the sub, in that situations where there are more than 1 prisoner they tended to choke to death. Sadly, it is my responsibility to rectify.
This should also apply for other rooms too.

- Tripled oxygen production.

You can change direction of where projectiles from tubes are shot, but not rotation of tubes. It's an editor's issue.

- Added scientist spawnpoint.
- Extended a bg wall so it doesn't open up to the void.
