Why wouldn't 106 chase you? Is he just trying to make sure you don't escape easily while also trying to make you paranoid?

You walk through a corridor that has a room with a window, 173 is behind it and when you walk a lil bit the lights shuts down and 173 go away through an ventilation pipe, you walk away of the corridor, finding a room with a ventilation exit with maybe 2 or 3 scientist/workers dead close to it (?) and then... beautiful concrete sound coming behind the exit door of the room

Good stuff.

Because SCP-106 hunts for fun.
What would be the fun in straight-up chasing you when he can leave you to stew in fear for a while?

Anyway, scripted events would be a great idea to allow appearances for SCPs that wouldn't work in gameplay. Like watching SCP-058 dismember a scientist in an inaccessible area, complete with Volgun's voice acting.

Hmm, maybe a choice. I like the idea with two catwalks, where an injured scientist is on the ground, slowly crawling to the door. If you keep 173 away until he reaches the door, he escapes. If not, then he dies, nothing happens.
I can't think of something good that would come of saving the guy. Maybe it could be randomized, where sometimes he will help you, sometimes make things harder for you.

I'd say it could have potential, though it'd have to be a minor benefit, maybe a first aid kit or eye drops or something to that effect. We don't want to subtract too much from the horror.
