Last time he was on was only the 11th, but the mod is almost on the 4th page, so I am not sure.

It's most likely dead, since the head dev of the mod said "our team is getting back to work" nearly a year ago now. But hey, let's get back on the topic of Containment Breach.

I think that the update may come today because it's almost end of August
