Yeah that would be a great scp to add but 860 is going to have the same thing only its a forest and there is a scary creature and not a dinosaur but it could work, hell it could probably serve as an shortcut through the facility.\ :D

I like it, but it needs some sort of horror element later. Maybe you come across 990's document?

You have done WELL. Sorry to be a grammar Nazi, but that one gets to me.

Having a dream at the beginning of the game is not a cliche, it's a trope. It's certainly not "it was all a dream" because it's only happening at the beginning. You wake up before the breach and go through the intro and game as normal.

I still think some of my ideas should make containment breach a lot more entertaining. Think about it, a room made to Rick Roll people. Imagine if you got someone to go to that room...
The areas destroyed by 682 is not a bad idea.
We also kind of need some sort of use for a Key Card 5 and Omni.
An item that can take you out of the pocket dimension would help.
The cake from Portal would be a pretty cool easter egg. After all, who doesn't love Portal.
A suit that has the benifits of the hazmat suit, gas mask, and bullet proof vest would also help, but let it be made with 914 on very fine.
More diseases in 1025 is a definite must.
SCP-249 would be a nice touch and add a secret ending(a good one) if you can get lucky enough to not get stuck with the ocean, a volcano, or space.

Any comments?

^ The rickroll room idea would serve no point other than to destroy the game's horror atmosphere. And "the cake is a lie" is a very old, overused meme that I would not want to see again.

Oh no, that's not what I meant. I was talking about the player having a dream in the beginning and then waking up. I hate the cliche as well, didn't want to sound like that's was what I was saying.

Also, I don't really like playing with dreams. I think it's also a cliche.
I also think it will fuck up the "surprise", and it will be more like a "where's the skip intro button?" part.
Also, it will be cool if the intro (a randomly, very rare intro) started using the WC xD

So the butt ghost and the joint (forgot there names) don't ruin the horror atmosphere at all? Besides it's not like you are forced to go into them, they are just for shits and giggles thats all. Besides it will be a good laugh after all that scary shit you have to go through. :P
