Uh, I thought 173 wasn't able to get inside 914's cell? Just now when I got to it's cell, 173 was suddenly there. Of course I tried to lure him into the machine and afterwards I no-clipped out of it, and then tried to activate the machine on different settings, but nothing would happen.. 173 stayed in the intake room until the door was open again.

173 Can spawn/move into most area's, ive even seen 173 once out in gate A where 106 Spawns

twas an ending, and it is apart of the ending SFX
however...no ending achieves that certain dialogue.

He's meant to be able to go in. once he couldn't even though there was no code to stop him. Now he can. the game is messing with us.
