Maybe change how SCP-049 acts?

Doctor boi has killed most of my runs because he trapped me in a dead end with no means of escaping other than using console commands (which I don't really want to do). Perhaps changes in his behavior could be made to prevent him from guarding one place for too long?

Eh. You can avoid him, get an S NAV ultimate, you'll see if you are going to get yourself trapped, also get ultimate gas mask.

That's an option, but let's imagine this: you've got through SCP-096's chamber in heavy containment, and next room is a corridor leading to an entrance checkpoint which is on lockdown or some other dead end. You go back to SCP-096 and hear 049's footsteps and voicelines. For some reason he refuses to leave the room (he's probably trying to open the door, I dunno). What are my options?
