I'm booting up the executable for the first time. I get the dev team logos, then it goes to the loading screen. The loading screen stays on 0%, and then my TM says it's "not responding". I am running a 64-bit machine, and I downloaded from the mirror link on the main SCP-CB site. Your help is appreciated.

This should go in the bug report area, but this happens to me as well. The solution for me was to keep retrying launching it. Eventually it will work. Wait for a minute or two when it stops responding during the loading screen and it should start loading again. Other ways to lessen this happening is to not play in full screen and to not have other background stuff open when playing the game.
