Didn't play SCP:CB in a very long time, but i think it's just "spawnitem omni" or "spawnitem omnicard".

Sorry for no response! Didn't show up as a notification sadly.
For 99%, it wouldn't be "key card omni", because it contains spaces. Blitz3D is an ancient engine and it probably would go crazy over a space.

Hmm weird, i remember it as simply "omni".
