So, I downloaded SCP: Containment Breach for the first time and I am already having problems. Whenever I open the game, the game screen just goes either black or white. The screen is completely black or completely white. Is there any way that I can fix this?

UPDATE: I did get past the white or black screen by just waiting a bit. But when I'm on the main menu, the game screen just freezes.

in what version are you in? i recommend 1.3.6 because the new ones are glitchy

let me show you some tips for new players:
blink before opening doors (spacebar)
play on safe
select Enable intro
always close doors behind you
when opening a door, check corners

I cannot stop the flickering. I tried disabling vsync, playing in windowed format and downloading a 4gb patch but I believe that only works for older versions...
