On-topic: Horror5. Never heard it in-game, it's really interesting and I don't exactly know when it's used. Same with horror6.

Found these on the Russian wiki, I had never known that this SCP was originally going to be in the game... I wonder why it wasn't added when it was so close to being finished.

Whoa! This one is awesome! I hope tha it has something awesome on its chamber because if not I'm getting near that thing! Maybe some sort of quest could be added?

Also, suicide-guard would fit there, that is one thing that would cause any seasoned SCP guard kill themselves, if only to keep it ccontained.

I believe what you're thinking of is 650.

689 is a statue which generally is inert. It will stay in it's position constantly but any lapse of attention (not counting blinking) will result it disappearing. By unknown means the person who last saw it will die instantaneously and the statue will appear on their corpse. I like it because it's a complete cognitohazard. If you see it, there's nothing you can do to stop it, you will die as soon as you stop looking at it. This also makes it relatively for it to escape and it poses an incredible threat to humanity.

I actually wasn't referring to scp-650, but fair enough.
