Hi, just finished my first play of SCO-CB and nearly had a heart attack, but loved it

I read all about SCP in general - I've spent many lights just reading random entries - but I still had a few questions...

- wtf is with that rubber duck?
- I kept seeing some wierd small black thing fly through the air, almost spider-like, really freaked me out. What was that?
- I finally got attacked by the old man, is there a way to make it out of his pocket dimension alive? I got hit by a flying wall :(

-The rubber duck (or rubber ducks) is supposedly the product of SCP-1356

-The black spider like "creature" which you see flying through the air starts to appear after you enter SCP-372' room, make your guess out of that.

-It's random as far as I know, sometimes he releases you and sometimes not.

Aha, actually the rubber duck is indeed not SCP-1356, but from the log of anomalous ducks, which you can read here. http://www.scp-wiki.net/log-of-anomalous-ducks

The Ghost duck, Sax duck and Moving duck are the 1st, 3rd and 8th ducks, respectively.

Thanks for the replies. The more I play this game the more intriguing it is, I love it.

I made my first video playthroughs yesterday. I got terrorized by the statue, then made it up to the maintenance tunnels where I met the old man *shudder*.

Very fun to watch! Here are some tips:

• The radio receiver needs to be combined with a battery before use, just like the S-Nav.
• It might be a good idea to listen to the banter on the radio for a helpful clue.
• To confirm, keycard Omni is in fact the only keycard that you need, once you have it.
• The gas mask reduces your sprint distance, but prevents gas from causing you to blink faster. It can be upgraded in SCP-914 to have no drawbacks.

My tips.

- You can still look at 173 behind walls and he still won't move.
- Press the ctrl button to crouch when your in the 106 hall.
- Always bring at least two spare batteries with you.

Eye drops are always good to use when ever your in a situation with 173 where you need more time to look. Use eye drops when your like right next to 173 with only like 2 - 4 bars in your blink meter.

Always turn the remote control off when your in the electrical room until you meet SCP-███. Then turn the thing back on.

You can find a document in SCP-106's dimension containing the key code for one of the doctor's rooms.

The rubber duck in a joke SCP
the flying spider is called SCP-372 and is actually a chameleon
and yes it is possible to escape the pocket dimension alive, just go down every corridor and you will eventually be teleported back into the facility
