-SCP-990 would be a real cool thing to encounter. Maybe while you are just wandering around, all the sudden, your vision gets blurry, and you fall down, and dream. You know what happens next.
The clipboard was spoken about extensively, and since it is finished, it could probably be implemented in the game. However, remember it's still a mod, and it's up to the administrators to decide if a clipboard can be used in the game.
Not sure what to think of SCP 990, could just be used as graffiti, but lethality wouldn't be very good.

The original idea was as an intro sequence, however it changed over time. The idea is to start with the Class-D meeting SCP-990 and speaking to him about the upcoming disaster of the breach. I think it would work best a storyboard with the commentary. Then the Class-D wakes up in a truck with the guards at the facility, however It would be easier to simply make him wake up in his cell and just get up where you would start the game.

I don't like the voice of SCP-990, it sounded too old, he's supposed to be much younger. It would fit with his personality (The witty personality of a young Cold-war spy).
