I suggest that the game force the view towards SCP-173 once the lights go on. (Not permanently, just switch so that you face it when the lights go back on. After that you can look wherever)
Well, if you're in a facility with SCP-173, you should probably be careful with where that thing is, and remember that it is on your discretion. This would just make it too easy.

Yeah... you're going to have to do MUCH better than that. It's hardly pursuasive, give us more reasons why he is a good character to involve in the game.
