Well met, and yes it is. During the soviet era, my country sent all dissenters and criminals to gulags to work until their sentence was over, being an anti communist, my father was sent to one until the end of the Soviet regime and going on to serve in the second chechen civil war.

Uh, I'm guessing you are a troll, but if not, let me tell you this: Your SCP won't get added. If it isn't an SCP on the original Foundation wikia, then it will not have any chance of getting added.

HA I WIN... i know more then a noob due to my experience with the game, knowing the cheats (ALL THE ONES THAT MAKE IT EASY (BUT NOT THE SECRET CHEATS THAT ARE MODS)) but i am a noob to the SITE only... :P HA I WIN...
