I think this is Omniary on just about anything.

In my opinion I would say 513 could be seen in a containment cell or holding area.

Well, you say it is POSSIBLE to add 513 back to the game...

But, I am now searching in older versions for 513 textures and other .b3d files :I

Why would we need SCP-513/+1 in the game, Unless some way of him being able to kill you was added.
