Only Moderators/Admins can lock a thread, as well if the OP requests for the topic to be locked and the acting moderator thinks the reason is good enough.

Continuing...

Well, do you know in which SCP:CB version does have 513 textures and pics?

Every version before 0.2.1.

I'm new to SCP:CB, but it sounds intriguing. Why was it removed in the first place?

SCP-372 replaced it, since SCP-513's implementation back then was "just not right".

Citing 513's article, about all people exposed to 513's effect go through a slow and psychotic spiral to death. This was in the game much longer before the exits were implemented, so the idea of a randomly playing death sentence would sort of ruin the point of having an ending, only for you to die regardless.

If enough people tell congress to do something in the united states, they do it right?

I always thought SCP-513 was removed because making it canon was too much of a hassle. For one, SCP-513-1 looked less like an emaciated humanoid and more like the robots from the I, Robot movie. SCP-096's placeholder model was more accurate than the old SCP-513-1 model. Also, SCP-513 is a cowbell, but the sound file used over the PA system is that of a gong or large bell. Also, SCP-513-1 would have only worked once or twice to scare players. If SCP-513 is re-implemented, nothing from its original inclusion in the game is going to be used.
