SCP-106's Jacket

My apologies - I had NO idea where exactly to post this. If it's in the wrong place, feel free to move - Or if it's pointless, you're more then welcome to close. 
One of the things I noticed when I first encountered SCP-106: He appears to be wearing a jacket of some kind!
I noticed it back on my Turbo save game, but I didn't really stay around long enough to get a closer look at it. Long story short, I ran way.
However, ever since I've seen it, I've been having trouble un-seeing it. At first, I thought: Maybe there was something wrong with the skin, or maybe it was a joke of some kind. I've been meaning to make a post about it in the Bugs section of the board, but upon seeing some of the pictures of SCP-106 on various sites like Tumblr, I've noticed something:
He actually IS wearing a jacket!
Reading about SCP-106 over at the SCP Foundation site, there weren't any mentions of 106 wearing a jacket of some kind - Of course, it's probably not exactly a big deal whether to mention something like that. The darn jacket isn't the major point about SCP-106!
... Are you kidding me? As far as clothing goes, it's the only thing he's wearing! Of course it'd be important to mention that! Cripes, how will people know it's SCP-106 if the jacket isn't brought up!?
So, yeah. To make the long story very short: The Kraken Guard finally noticed SCP-106's jacket and decided it would be wise to make a thread completely dedicated to 106's style of clothing. X3
