but seriously if someone necro posts and makes a topic "active" again and then someone post in reply to that post is that against rules or just frowned upon in general.

In sticky topics this does not matter as "bumping" doesn't exist for them.

Necroposting while discouraged doesn't matter if the person has neat things to share, so continuing a topic from a necropost is alright and it's all a thing of common sense. Moderators won't lock topics that have been necroposted in for useful reasons.

You won't get banned or warned for necroposting, but if it's done in excess, without understanding warnings not to do so, then it'll happen.

Question: Where could I download a previous version of SCPCB? And I'm not talking version 0.1, I mean 1.0.6, because I want to redownload it, and try out the box of horrors mod again, as I tried recently with zero success. Hell, I don't even remember where I downloaded version 1.0.6...
