No. For a couple reasons

A) It breaks the whole immersion deal
B) You can't just add SCP's that do whatever you like, you only use ones that are already canon (and pretty much all of those will kill you instantly)
C) Just No. If you take away the threat of instant death, the game becomes a lot less scary.
