Erm... you can find them in SCP: CB directory, where the game is...

The game is under a license (forgot the name) that allows usage of any materials in the game with any other game or what have it without permission if I recall...

The SCP Foundation lore is licensed under the Creative Commons License 3.0.
Basically, if you respect the original creators(SCP Makers, not CB.) and it's free, then it's good. AKA Non-profit OK(Which is why we have CB.)
