Maybe as a reference to Resident Evil, it would be cool if you were able to examine the items in your inventory.

Gasmask: A mask used to protect personnel from harmful gasses, such as teargas.
S-Nav: An electronic tool that is used to guide personnel
SCP-714: A green jaded ring that can protect personnel from memetic objects.
SCP-420-J: BEST ____ IN THE WORLD
Smelly joint: WTF THIS ____ IS TOO STRONG
Radio: an electronic tool used for communication
Ballistic vest: a vest used to protect personnel from being shot
First Aid Kit: A medical kit used to heal personnel
Small First Aid Kit: A portable medical kit used to heal personnel

I don't really like this idea.
It doesn't fit the game.
And class-d has the same knowledge with you.

Agree. The descriptions shouldn't give a lot of information. They must be descriptions that a Class-D will make. More something like this:
Battery: a small 9v battery used to power electronics
Keycards: a Level X plastic security card
ReVision Eyedrops: Small drops used to keep automatic re-watering of the eyes
Cigarette: a small cylinder of tobacco that gives you lung cancer! Oh joy!
Document: -NO DESCRIPTION, JUST OPEN THE DOCUMENT-
Gasmask: A mask used to protect from harmful gasses.
S-Nav: An electronic tool that is used to guide personnel
SCP-714: A green jaded ring. Wow!, it fits in my finger.
SCP-420-J: SOME SHIT
Smelly joint: WTF THIS ____ IS TOO STRONG
Radio: A standard radio. It has 5 channels.
Ballistic vest: a vest to protect you from being shot
First Aid Kit: A medical kit used to heal personnel
Small First Aid Kit: A portable medical kit
Strange Bottle: Appears to have [DATA EXPUNGED]
Origami: a useless paper swan... Although it's really nice made
Credit Card: a small Master Card, maybe it has money
Playing card: a useless playing card.

I think SCP-420-J should stay THE BEST ____ IN THE WORLD though.

I think we should have a Resident Evil style inventory in general. It would be cool as hell.
