nope, Cube World (great game) just released it's public alpha a few days ago. I'd say this is still alpha considering all the stuff still yet to be implemented. SCP is glorious.

The term of Alpha and Beta is somewhat subjective now days.

My personal interpretation is that Alpha is a very early version of software that is unfinished but forms the bare bones of the final product, the Beta would be far more complete but still requires bug testing and the such.

The map editor is now ready. :) I'll release it some time next week along with v0.7.4 (which unfortunately doesn't have that much new stuff because I've mostly been working on the map editor).

I believe I've seen a bug where if you enter the lock room that has 096 first, you'll cause an error in the generator room where the guard will act as if he saw 096 when there's nothing there. And when 096 is meant to kill him, he just stands there, shooting and spinning around in circles. I'm not sure if its been fixed, since I last saw it around 0.7.1 or before.

I didn't know you could still find 096's old lockrooms, thought they were removed when he got his new room.

Errr... you seriously expect Regalis to put out game releases on a day that is specifically convenient to you? :D
Oh i wish... maybe we could get the next SCP release on tuesday. Or maybe even on monday, that would be awesome!

But on a more serious note now.
I also ran across 096's old room at one point but got a little issue shortly after. I didn't want to go through 096's chamber and instead went back looking around for a different path.
Then I walked into my bro's new room. The MTF was there. complaining and whining. But my bro was missing. So the MTF was talking to himself but didn't even get to the shooting bit.
Door remained closed, naturally. Greeeeat :(
