It is just a big unkillable lizard, not all that interesting.
Well I didn't think it was getting enough of the spotlight,
I respect your opinion, but I like that Lizard

A "vaguely reptile-like" creature is not a darn lizard

BluePhoenix wrote:I didn't mean you specifically, it's just that it seems like a lot of people in this forum want 682 to be as pronounced in the game as 173 is.
Something which I don't really understand as there are a lot more interesting SCPs to choose from.
Because he can adapt to any SCP. Meaning that when you "attack" him with certain SCP (or anything at all) he adapts to it, and then you can't use that again.

Now, try imagining fighting THAT. Yeah, scary. That's why people want him in the game.

The Radical Larry wrote:I was thinking in a certain hallway, maybe 682 would give a loud roar and bump into it. The side would be dented, lights would flicker, not like the intro.

Gunshots would fire real close, he would bump into it again, the halls would gent even more caved in, lights would get dimmer, maybe even some falling
To do this, you would have to change the properties of the brightness

So what do you think?
Love the idea

^ I like the story, but what are you suggesting, exactly?

That's a very simplified way of putting it. He isn't just a big unkillable lizard. As spartan322 said, he can mutate himself and adapt to anything, which could make him a potentially interesting and challenging SCP to meet.

I would love to encounter 682 in the game. He would put a totally new spin on everything just by being a gigantic monster of destructive power. But at the same time, I kinda like him as this mysterious creature we never get to fully see. It makes him more mysterious and scary that way. Plus, there's already a cool game all about him in development.

regalis said in future updates a encounter with the lizard.

i personally think 682 needs a fight with 076 in the game. all watched by the eyes of the protagonist.

Engine won't handle it very well as 682 has to be huge. not to mention 682 would kill you on sight and there'd be no hope in hell to escape that fate.
