Would be too much like 513, which people like more since it is an "classic" SCP:CB SCP.
If it was posted in the suggestion thread, and it was ignored, it is because a reason.
I agree with the 106 toying with you idea. Would make it seem more personal, and also show that he can kill you whenever he wants but chooses not to, which is quite scary if you ask me. Makes him much less predictable.

So say you were to walk into the three catwalks room to see 106 staring at you, body partially phased through the wall, a horror sound will play as he laughs moves back into the wall, leaving his corroded silhouette where he was.
Seeing 106 just partially phased into the wall like that in-game is just stupid. Crap idea is crap idea. Like, it's really just 106 half way out of a wall and coming completely out when it sees you.

Personally, any 106 psychological horror is good psychological horror. We don't see enough of him (except when he's being a d*ck

)

Thank you for the constructive criticism, I will take that in mind when coming up with ideas in the future.

Your idea was pretty badass, don't take others' criticisms to heart (but you're already going a pretty good job at that

)

Some ways to warn new users early that 106 is in the game have already been mentioned, and I like them to be honest.
The first few rooms could be manually set, like the 173 room right after start, so that an office room or evacuation room where the next room after it, having maybe a few scientists in it along with a guard.
As you enter the room, you could hear the guard tell the scientists to run and we would see that its because 106 now was halfway out of the wall or floor.
First he pulls the guard through the wall or floor then the few scientists, and after they are all taken to the PD 106 could show his face on the wall and then disappear back into it while laughing.

I really like this idea, it's creepy and would show new players what 106 can do.
What about having him chase you on the ceiling, like he'd walk towards you while standing on the ceiling?

You should sometimes be able to hear him singing "My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean" in a bubbly grating voice. He's been portrayed as singing that in two Foundation Tales now.

Anyone remember that Halloween Story about 106? About 106 collecting teeth, chewing them for fun or licking people across their face?
We already have the Halloween Skin for 173 (I'm a moron... not 106! That would be creepy as f*ck!)... maybe a Pumpkin like Easter Egg for 106? Or whatever. Hell we have melodic DUCKS.
But seriously, 106 leaving creepy messages or generally making small NOT LIFE THREATENING appearances or such would be pretty badass.
I remember shivering after reading the "YOUR HAIR SMELLS NICE" inside his pocket dimension (especially due to the fact that I just got out of the bloody shower! 106 you bloody creep!)

You gotta love how 106 compliments you in the PD, like a message saying "Your hair smells nice" or something, larry isn't such a bad guy after all when he's not trying to spank you across the head
