Try right-clicking and selecting 'run as administrator'.

some times this work for me, this don't work for me when 173 kills me.
PD: I encountered 173 in 372 room. (surprise mother...?)

I upgraded my RAM, haven't gotten the error since. I did hear a solution saying something about disabling the UAC, though. If you can find out how to do that, it might work.
