The Class-D Profile on the loading screen, look at the photo. put that Side-by-side with a Citizen from Half-Life 2.

Reason being is that it was a D-Class reskin for the citizen made by a SCP fan, so it's fine.

Its the spawnicon for one of the class-D SNPC's from gmod.
