I think 096's document should be in a document storage room, with multiple documents of random things. I think also, that there should be a documnt called:Dangerous olod 096 document. and this contains an in-game black and white screenshot of a distressed 096, and since you view its face, 096 will activate chase, and find you without warning, except for the camera zoom function. upon encounter, I think the player should scream(or yell) and then say, WHAT THE FUCK!?, and keep sprinting for longer than before.

I don't think the SCP Foundation would keep ANY picture of 096's face anywhere. It'd be a ticking time bomb. Just one curious random guy who peeks at the document and you got a massive containment breach which ends up in hundreds of deaths.

It'd be better to have a picture of him, but with his face blurred out/distorted, it'd make a lot more sense, really.

Well, a picture of 096 just lying around... uncensored.. very unlikely. However I imagine the following scenario to be possible:

You are having a look around in the office cubicles when you come across the 096 Document with a pixelated 096 picture on it.
Now for the "Scripted Event" on my mind.

Since this is an office it's bound to have computers and printers all over the room.
Now let us involve SCP-079. He's pretty much in control of the whole facility, electronics wise.
I'd suggest the idea of 079 taking a picture of 096 during his initial containment breach and print it out on a printer in the office with the player.
If you go and pick it up it could cause you to hear a faint but very distressed scream followed by A LOT of noise (Just stuff breaking) and the screams coming closer until 096 tears open the door near the player.

I think they are images of the face of SCP-096 stored in the Foundation,because in the Document #096-1 of the website,they brought many pictures of SCP-096 to D-9031, so I think they keep theses pictures in a highly secured storage room, for the futures test of SCP-096.

I like that idea. The only problem I see is that after that, if you somehow survive long enough to go to 079's chamber, you wouldn't want to help him, meaning that you wouldn't advance. Maybe this even could happen after you help 079.

Or...you know, they could just take another picture of his face instead of having a time-bomb somewhere in the facility. Imagine if a containment breach happens and that picture gets loose, everyone gets fucked.

That problem could be solved by making this whole event dependent on the actions the player has done before (Like the new Gate A ending). Say, if you decide to help 079, the event would not start aka no picture would be printed and you would only find the 096 Document.

As for "pictures of 096 within the facility" I somehow doubt there are any if you consider how they treated the pictures in that 096-Testrun (burned right after the D-Class saw them). I'd imagine those pictures are only taken for that sole purpose and are to be destroyed right after testing. (Unless one of the scientists wants a 096 on his locker door)
